Back on track for yourself

Well another week has gone by, let’s get back to our wanting to work for ourselves and what it takes to get there, our last assignment was to read all the qualities that you liked in your role models out loud every night, now we are going to find your best qualities today and use them to your advantage.
Now this is something you have to be very honest with yourself and only put down what you know you are good at, put them down on one side of the paper and then put down the qualities of your role models on the other side and look at them side by side, So is there any that match up? If there is then circle them and write them on an index card and say them five times out load every night before you go to bed. Also take this list and start researching some books on these quality’s and read one book on each one every month until you are thru everyone on this paper, The reason is to reinforce this quality within you.

Now take the qualities that are not the same and write them on a different index card and read them 10 times during the day to yourself, We are going to start next week on developing your schedule for working on these qualities for you so you may become a role model for someone else. Remember these qualities are something you are going to be working on for the whole time you are in business and you don’t need to have them all now, you just have to identify them and create good habits on forming them into your life and business to succeed.
Your business is a project in progress as is you’re qualities you need to posses to create a successful business and we can work on both at the same time as you start this endeavor. Just take your time and create good habits every week.

Life gets in the way for a moment

Hello all
Well I wanted to write something every day in this blog about starting your business and keeping with good habits. Well habits are very good to do every day, but as we know live has the strange way of kicking you at times and these great habits that you have seem to go on the wayside. The most important thing is to understand this and correct your situation and get back into your good habits again as fast as possible.

Well the day I started this blog on business and wanted to have the habit of writing something everyday my major social marketing just disappeared on me and the avenue of my many months of effort was gone. Disaster…..this is not right …….Not good….I can handle this…..What to do now. This was the thought process of understanding that things can go wrong at any time in business, Something I was going to get to much later in the blog, but now is as good a time as any.

So where do you go from here? Well don’t stop!! Start over and learn the things you did along the way before that you wanted to change after you did them and now you can do it the way you wanted now as you get going again. So is this a good thing? Maybe so! Can I take what I learn and make my message even stronger and more powerful after going thru this? YES I Can and you my readers will benefit even more from my learning process. This is great!!! So as I wanted to do before I wanted to write something every day and now realize that is not possible, so I will write something once a week that will be a little longer and more detailed for you to understand and then you will have more time to read and implicate the knowledge if you are interested.

Entrepreneurialism

There is no greater feeling in the world then to control your own destiny and never look back at your old job again, everything you have dreamed of, your independence, your time and financial freedom, your ability to manifest something from a mere thought and turn it into a thriving revenue creating people helping business.

Imagine no more time cards and no more commute, no more kissing up to the boss for a good review and no more worry about whether you will be employed tomorrow or next month. Do you really think that you can get wealthy by working for someone else? NO! Then make the change today by becoming your own boss and start being an entrepreneur?

Philosophically of being an Entrepreneur in business is the business has to be profitable, Ethical and fun. But the bigger picture is being a responsible wealthy giving caring individual, you must always keep in mind the responsible accumulation of wealth so you may help others after you have taken care of your family and the people you care for; you want to be part of the solution and not part of the problem.

So let start with what is going on in the country.

Small office and home-based business under 20 employees is the fastest growing segment of our US economy, they predict that this segment will be almost 30% of the jobs by 2014 and entrepreneurs will drive much of the 21st century economy. Being an entrepreneur will teach you real world learning and about risks and consequences, also organizational skills and time management, but the best thing it does is teach you about interpersonal communications and just understanding people more and becoming an excellent role model.

So what will take you to jump out of bed and love what you do? Well first you have to start thinking and behaving differently from others, which means you are optimistic in finding a solution outside the system and become the problem solver. Or outside the box.

So are you a person like this? Can you become a person like this? Yes you can with the right knowledge and confidences in what you are doing and having the right mentor. Your first assignment is to write down all the people that you think are role models for you and why? Then take the qualities of each one you like and write them down and say them out loud tonight before you go to bed.

Start in Your local area

The great thing about Real Estate is even though it’s local in nature; you can have several local areas across the country to invest in at one time. How would I do that you say? Well the best way is to pick a 10 block area in a town or a 30 mile in the urban area and learn everything about the real estate in that area. Focus on that area and set your systems in place by finding your team members that you will be working with there and then start studying how that local marketplace is working.

Set your local criteria for you buying property and then send your team to go find theses property. Use the right exit strategies and start collect profit and repeat, Get looked at as the expert in your field in that area of your target area and start training others to do more of the work within the area. Once you have your team working for you in your system and the profit is coming in from that area it is time to expand.

Take what you learn from that area and expand to other area nearby or you can start somewhere else using the same system?
